Generally, 0.5-1.0 PPM can break the air disinfection rate above 80%, and can remove the peculiar smell in the workshop.Egg processing plants produce mayonnaise, ice cream and ice cream from cold beverage factories, all of which have mixing and puffing processes. The product is in strong contact with air. After ozone test, the microorganism in the workshop reduces by 90%, and the product quality reaches the qualified standard.


Workshop tools, packaging sterilization requirements ozone concentration higher, should be 5-6 PPM.In September 1994, two hours after disinfection with 3g/h ozone generator in a segmented and packaged duck cooking workshop in tianjin (about 150m3), the results were tested by the local sanitation and anti-epidemic station. B. The total number of door knobs, ground, gloves, vacuum machines, finished product boxes and bacteria is less than 1 /cm3 without coliform bacteria.


The original 1300m3 frozen food processing room of tianjin foreign trade food factory was equipped with 30W uv lamp 48, and then two 3g/h ozone generators were refitted. The operation was started for 1 hour every day, the bacteria killing rate reached 91.3%, the product qualification rate increased by 3.2%, and the cost of sterilization and disinfection was reduced by 13321.44 yuan in 1991.


The workshop that processes the odour such as casing, leather, seafood to pollute seriously is used ozone to remove odour very effective, practical, it is very good labor protection means.


An important issue of sterilization and purification in food processing room is to determine the starting time of the generator.It is to be turned on after work commonly, can be turned on before last class is better.Want to keep stop ozone decomposing time, when going to work can not smell obvious ozone smell.


A more advanced aseptic operation room can be used in closed air circulation to sterilize and keep staff away from ozone, the application technology has been mature.


At present, a large number of food export enterprises in Beijing, tianjin, shandong and other places use "open type" generators for food processing room application, which has improved the product qualification rate and achieved good economic and social benefits.
